2. HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON BUYSHOPBOSS.COM?

To place an order, simply browse through our product categories, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, provide your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

5. ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

Yes! Shipping costs will be calculated on your order before you pay.

 

7. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Please be aware that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

Handling time: 2–5 business days 

Estimated delivery is within 21 working days (international delivery may take up to 15 days in some cases).

Delivery times could be longer than normal during the holiday season. Please factor in another 5–10 days as a buffer. 

Once the order has shipped, we will email you your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
